The platform catered to three users namely global retailers/buyers, vendors and manufacturers. ARSR also built a super-admin panel for managing the entire platform.
The Ai-enabled CRM that we built over the platform enabled higher engagement platform-wide and increased the volume of business flowing through the platform.
